I had a very disappointing experience during my first visit to The Chocolate Room. The staff was extremely unprofessional and uneducated in handling customers. I had clearly informed them that I had an important meeting and requested them to lower the volume of the music, but they ignored my request and continued playing loud Punjabi music. Additionally, when I asked for the WiFi password, the staff casually responded that the WiFi bill was not paid, which is completely unacceptable for a café. What was even more shocking was the poor hygiene—I noticed large rats inside the café. This is highly disturbing and raises serious concerns about cleanliness and food safety. Overall, it was a very unpleasant and disgusting experience. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4 Meal type: Brunch
