Disappointing Experience at The Chocolate Room – Mondeal Square I had a terrible experience at The Chocolate Room in Mondeal Square. Despite the dine-in sign being lit, the server refused to let us sit, offering no clear explanation and showing zero willingness to help. The service was unwelcoming from the start. We ordered a waffle, which was completely inedible—stale and hard. When we mentioned this to the staff, instead of offering a fresh one, they simply microwaved it multiple times, making it even worse. It became rubbery and impossible to eat. No effort was made to provide a proper replacement or even acknowledge the issue. Overall, the experience was frustrating and disappointing. Poor service, terrible food, and a complete lack of customer care. Wouldn’t recommend at all! Service: Dine in Meal type: Other Price per person: ₹400–600 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Wish i could give 0 stars. We found an INSECT inside the moktail !!!!! It was so disgusting and disappointing experience. Tho they offered to replace the drink the staff did not even seem apologetic never going to this place that cant keep basic hygiene the worst Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
