Does not live upto the brand name of Chocolate room. The chocolate seems like synthetic flavour and not an authentic chocolate flavour. We had chocolate brownie which was stale and they replaced it however it lacked taste. The hot chocolate is not very great. Better to skip this place!

Food is good but the walls and ceiling are filthy with mould and rot. This place needs to be shut down and renovated. It’s a health hazard. I had a chocolate cake that I didn’t finish and asked them to parcel it. They wrapped it up for me while I paid, but they didn’t give it to me. I got busy with a phone call and sat there for another 5 minutes while the 2 guys stared at me. When I was leaving I forgot the cake but I said thank you to them and neither one of them reminded me to take my cake. I parked in front of the store and was there for a few more minutes and neither of them had the courtesy to bring it to me. Of course it’s my fault that I forgot, but what’s wrong with these guys that they couldn’t do their job and give it to me? Did they think that was funny? Instead they stood there and stared at me the whole time.

Since last 3 days was on search for a amazing coffee and some good chocolates. And finally my search ended here at The Chocolate Room, Calangute. Enjoyed a great black coffee and delicious Chocolate. And my friend enjoyed a cappuccino. The service and staff both are really nice. Must visit. Meal type: Other Price per person: ₹400–600 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
