Very cheap quality items are used, and the price is not at all justified, they are charging 28₹ for a 500ml Bisleri worth 10₹. Please don't expect anything from here.

I would not recommend visiting this outlet. I ordered a sizzling brownie, which I’ve enjoyed at other Chocolate Room locations before, but this was by far the worst one I’ve had. The brownie was extremely hard, so much so that I couldn’t even cut it with a spoon. I’m not sure if it was stale or poorly prepared. When I raised the concern, the staff member was quite dismissive and gave odd explanations, saying that sizzling brownies are only meant for pictures and that the plate size makes the brownie hard. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience in both food quality and service.

Since last 3 days was on search for a amazing coffee and some good chocolates. And finally my search ended here at The Chocolate Room, Calangute. Enjoyed a great black coffee and delicious Chocolate. And my friend enjoyed a cappuccino. The service and staff both are really nice. Must visit. Meal type: Other Price per person: ₹400–600 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
