Dear Sir, We are truly sorry for your experience. Your observation is valid — the vegetables may not have been visible because our recipe involves cooking onions and tomatoes thoroughly into a rich gravy. Many of our customers prefer a smooth texture without visible whole vegetables, and this is part of our unique recipe and flavor profile. However, it’s possible that your parcel order was not prepared according to our standard, especially since we have recently onboarded new staff. I sincerely apologize for this lapse — it’s certainly not the experience we strive to deliver. We take immense pride in using only the finest quality ingredients and original, unadulterated products. I started this café out of pure passion, despite financial losses, because I’m a true foodie at heart. That’s why incidents like this hit hard — both personally and professionally. The staff member responsible has been let go, and I assure you that corrective actions have been taken. I genuinely hope you consider our transparent and honest response, as well as the intent behind it. Your feedback matters deeply to us. I would be grateful if you could rate us considering our attitude and efforts to make things right.
