It looks like you've provided a description of a food establishment or menu called "The Chhaunk," which serves authentic Bihari cuisine. Bihari cuisine originates from the state of Bihar in India and is known for its unique flavors and ingredients. Here's a breakdown of the items you've mentioned: 1. Champaran Mutton: Champaran is a district in Bihar, and Champaran mutton likely refers to a mutton (goat meat) dish that is prepared with the regional flavors and techniques characteristic of the area. 2. Chhaunk Special Non-Veg Thali: "Chhaunk" likely refers to the tempering of spices in hot oil, which is a common technique in Indian cooking. A "thali" is a traditional Indian meal that consists of a variety of dishes served on a single plate. The "Chhaunk Special Non-Veg Thali" could include a selection of non-vegetarian dishes with a Bihari twist. 3. Litti Chokha: Litti Chokha is a popular Bihari dish. Litti is a round wheat flour ball stuffed with roasted gram flour and spices, while Chokha is a mix of mashed vegetables like roasted eggplant, tomato, and potatoes, seasoned with spices. 4. Dahi Barey: Dahi Baray (also known as Dahi Vada) are lentil fritters soaked in yogurt and typically served as a snack or appetizer. 5. Drinks - Bloody Mary Mixer: A Bloody Mary is a popular cocktail made with vodka, tomato juice, and various spices and flavorings. A "Bloody Mary Mixer" would likely be a pre-mixed combination of the necessary ingredients, to which one could add vodka to create the cocktail. 6. Dessert - Sattu and Gur Ladoo: Sattu is a flour made from roasted chickpeas or other grains. Gur is jaggery, a traditional unrefined sugar. Sattu and Gur Ladoo would be sweets made from combining these ingredients, forming round sweets or ladoos. Overall, "The Chhaunk" seems to offer a variety of Bihari dishes, along with drinks and dessert, all inspired by the culinary traditions of Bihar. It's a delightful representation of regional cuisine and culture.

I missed the authentic Bihari flavour. Tried the most famous restaurants too, but none of them came as close as chaaunk did. I ordered a variety of dishes from their menu and all of them had that authentic flavour. I don't have to wait going back to my hometown for this food.
