My experience at the Chatak Palace restaurant was very good. The purity of the food there is very good. The quality of the food there is very good and pure. The best thing is the paneer there. Till date, I have not seen such paneer used in the restaurant as is used there. The culture and dining there are also very specially prepared. I never found the culture there negative or annoying.
