The place is really not upto the mark. Their counter which prepares the sandwiches n other items keeps on changing frequently. The guy served me a completely different sandwich during my frequent visits which was quite a turn off. The should try to standardize their dishes so that they can build a successful brand which is recognized across locations.

Breakfast start @ 11 am as they said their base kitchen is in Gurgaon... Sometime you find only Chai and Maggi as options. I don't see any specialties. No specific standard maintained as they don't provide good quality ketchup even...Despite the fact maximum number of food items are complemented with tomato ketchup... I got to see many new ketchup brands here :) i doubt what quality of Milk they used in their tea... :(

The food prices are reasonable as they start Tea from rs.10 only, however there are no Specialties or Signature dishes of Chaiwalas. Its moreover a road side Nukkad Shop as they don't have AC even. you can't sit and sip your tea in 50 degree temperature. Initially the staff was good however now the counter boys are rude and have no concern for customer feedback and complaints. Seems they have hire someone from nearby Villages. He seems to do a favor by serving this ordinary food as they know options are limited in the vicinity.
On top of all this, even the customer care number(Owner mobile number) mentioned is of no use, as he did not pick the phone and even we didn't see any call back from him also.
