The tea couldn't be worse than that. He simply added blackberry sugar syrup and few ice cubes and water and served. The tea content was nil.
The experience of having iced tea from this place was the worst.

2. Not much distinction in their "chai-s" when they exclusively call them as "the chaiwalas"
3. Particularly pissed off of their counter boys when they said the chai had ginger and elaichi, after tasting it was a regular tea and when I asked he put only ginger stating the chai here comes with only one flavor ?! Like seriously?
So, in short, bad ambience, rude behaviour and lack of tea options aptly earns them 1.0 rating.
