I love this cafe, but today I was very disappointed with them. We went to The Chaiwala, hindustan park, ordered a cold chicken salad, which was good. But the chicken Caesar salad we had to return as soon as we took the first bite. The croutons were stale, with a very strong taste of old oil and mold, which only comes to products which are extremely old. I explained this to the lady on counter, she took it back, and gave us the bill of both the dishes. Though i said its extremely unfair, but we paid and left respectfully. But isn't this completely wrong on your part? To serve something so stale that it left a very bitter and bad aftertaste and then to charge for the same? Food: 1 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
