That's a nice idea to order nicely cooked vegetable pizza, paneer and green pasta. Degust good ice cream, chocolate waffles and fudge brownies this cafe offers. According to the reviews, clients usually recommend ordering delicious margaritas here. The chai story offers great ice tea, cold coffee or iced lemonade among its drinks.
Food delivery is a big plus of this place. The hospitable staff works hard, stays positive and makes this place great. The cool service is something these restaurateurs care about. Pay affordable prices for eating at this spot. The lovely decor and nice ambiance let visitors feel relaxed here. The Chai Story drawes you in with its promise of Rs. 39 cutting chai and other items which are slightly cheaper than what you find elsewhere. The cutting chai was ok though served in a tiny glass, and it did take a long time coming. The lime tea had an excess of ice. There is plenty of seating including in a long window-less alcove at the back. The outlet might have looked great when it was opened but now the seats have stains and dirt on them. The dirty seats didn't even register till I looked at my photos and I realised I've got so used to unhygienic eating areas. If they took a little more care of these issues, it would be a great place to relax after the hustle and bustle of the market. Worst place to visit they refused for single cup of tea reason being they wanted us to order minimum for Rs200/- for us money was not the thing but since we were not hungry we didn't want anything to eat...The owner out there was extremely rude refused us for the tea and he added that we can't provide you table for single cup of tea...how rude as if we wanted his table. We would have taken the cup of tea outside and enjoyed...Terrible experience for my family. Disrespectful behaviour of the owner . Never suggest this place for anyone. Service: 1

Very very slow service, staff don't seem to be bothered.. so many customers are kept waiting for food n drink. They get the customers to pay 1st n wait for hours
