I had a horrible experience. I went to cha bar today with my mother. We order two regular cups of coffee and a pasta at 3:50pm. We waited over 40 minutes and STILL DID NOT give us our order. We rechecked with the waiters multiple times and they kept saying “5mins” and we did not receive our order. By the end, around 4:40 pm we walked out, the waiter stopped us and said the coffee will be ready in 2 mins, then just went on to say “jao”. They had not even made a regular cup of coffee in well over 40 minutes. Horrible service. Additionally the ambiance was so bad. The cafe area was ridiculously loud, and the entire space was filled with smoke from the kitchen. The table was dirty and had water all over it. We tried to look past all the issues initially but honestly it was a pathetic experience. If the kitchen could not handle the orders, they could’ve been honest with us and told us that we’ll have to wait a while. We wouldn’t have wasted our time like this. It was ridiculously mishandled by the staff and everything about the experience was bad. I am genuinely so disappointed, if I could give it negative stars, I would.

One of the worst place to visit. It was so unhygienic that literally a cockroach was running on the table and on the wall. The menu was torn. The food was below average. It was smelly. The staff was not at all professional and pretty slow. Just for a plate of fries it took them 40 mins to bring. The kitchen was so unhygienic and in a terrible form. It was stinking. I recommend do not go there and ruin your outing.
