I recently visited Chai Point, and while the tea was decent, I was quite disappointed with the overall cleanliness. The atmosphere was not well-maintained, and the area around the food counter was dirty. What concerned me most was that many people were using the area in front of the food and drinks section, which didn’t feel hygienic at all. Cleanliness is very important, especially when it comes to food. I really hope the management takes this seriously and improves the hygiene standards. The Chai Point is a great little tea shop located in Angamaly. It has a wide selection of teas, coffees, juices, shakes, and snacks. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere is cozy and inviting. The prices are reasonable, and the quality of the drinks and snacks is excellent.
