Entry Fees of Rs 1000, Guard behaviour is also very rude, he rudely said go to some other place or else pay entry fees to enter

I have always liked this place to hangout with friends, the vibe is good the food and beverages are also good but one thing has made my experience disastrous is their behaviour with customers. You can enjoy sitting at this place only when you’re aligning to the owner’s preferences and choices, the place is not at all customer-centric. Owner Mr. Bhanu is too arrogant to handle, I mean Yeah! We are standing in your house but haven’t you yourself made your house a public place? I liked the food and tea personally and would recommend going there only if you have characteristics to sit like a puppet and mind your own business because the chai bagh team won’t mind their own business, anything you do that doesn’t align with their “so called” policies, they’ll ask you to leave happily on your face. What they’re yet to learn is just earning fat cash and profit is not the only purpose behind a business, having reputation and a good customer base is also important :) Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4
