I recently stayed at The Centrum Hotel at Golf City, and I was thoroughly impressed by their exceptional customer service and incredibly helpful staff. From the moment we arrived, we were treated with the utmost care and attention. A special mention goes to the restaurant staff, who were outstanding in every way. They ensured that our dining experience was nothing short of perfect, attending to our needs with politeness and efficiency, especially when it came to taking care of our children. Their friendly demeanor and attention to detail made every meal enjoyable. The room service was equally impressive, promptly attending to our requests and maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and comfort. The mini bar was a fantastic addition, offering a great selection of beverages that perfectly complemented our evening relaxation. One of the major highlights of The Centrum Hotel is its location. Situated at Golf City beside Shaheed Path, the hotel is in a serene area that is not densely populated, providing a peaceful atmosphere. We have planned reception here but there services is not up to mark. They are very clever we experienced if you are eating in plate and if go for something else food or sweet in mean time they will take you plate and in time of paying they said we have increased plate due to increase of demand. I suggest for 5 star property prefer other hotels for functions only. Service: 2

My experience was very short as I checked in around 4pm and checked out next day at 11 am. However happy with the services and staff. Had a smooth stay. Its a newly built property so very clean, fresh looking. Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5 Hotel highlights: Romantic, Quiet, Kid-friendly
