I came across Hotel Castle through FB group so decided to try it. We tried mutton dum biryani and tambda pandhara rassa. The biryani was tagged as 'chef's special' and to my surprise biryani was not at all to the expectations from what I heard about this place. The mutton was not cooked to the dum biryani standard, it was hard to chew and swallow. Waiter served our order late, never asked if anything wanted during lunch, they ignored straight away. So called biryani was just a masala rice with chicken pieces mixed. It is not a proper biryani as earlier it was sold. No salad or riata served with parcel.
