I don't have any complaints about the taste.But, I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but this experience left me truly heartbroken. It was my son’s 2nd birthday—a day that meant the world to us—and I had clearly communicated with the team multiple times about the importance of this order. I even reminded them a day in advance and specifically requested for "Happy Birthday Pramesh" to be written on the cake. But what we received was beyond disappointing. The cake had a completely irrelevant name—“PURUSAMA”—written on it. I was shocked and devastated. Imagine the heartbreak of seeing such a special moment ruined because of sheer carelessness. We spent nearly 4 to 5 thousand rupees to make this event memorable, but this one mistake ruined the celebration. No amount of good taste can make up for this level of negligence. Honestly, I don’t even feel like giving a single star for this experience. Please take such requests seriously. Birthdays come once a year, and for children, these moments are once-in-a-lifetime memories. --- Let me know if you’d like it to be shorter or angrier, or if you want to add anything else. They gave me the exact cake I was looking for. My family really loved the cake. I appreciate their prompt response. If you're looking for some best customized cakes, I'd definitely suggest The caramel bakes.
