Canvas Villa in Lonavala is the perfect getaway for anyone looking for a luxurious and peaceful retreat. The ground floor villa had no privacy as the person sitting in the top floor can see you. The pool size is really small. Here the 2BHK villa didn't had kitchen. The amenities such as swing chair was broken. The cricket bat was a joke. Rooms were untidy. Doors had a very irritating noice when used. Overall a very terrible experience. I paid 10k for a one day stay. Very disappointed. Service: 2

With a lot of regret, I am writing this. We had a very unpleasant stay at Canvas Vill. We went there to relax and rest but our stay with with lot of bothering activities. I have listed down a few: 1) Frequent Power cuts right from when we checked in at around 1.30 pm until 8 pm at night. We had to go to a nearby restaurant coz there was no electricity in the Canvas Vicinity. There were frequent power cuts on Sunday morning as well. It was so hot and humid that made our kids super cranky. 2) I was being told that the kitchen was quipped with induction and some basic utensils. However, the kitchen was fully empty. Because of which I had to order from out for my 1 year old kids. 3) We confirmed that the pets are allowed in the pool. I spite of that we had 3 to 4 people and bothering us on the same. They said pet is not allowed in the private pool. We showed Sunil our chat as well. There was again one caretaker and one kitchen person telling us that pets are not allowed in the pool. 4) Villa was very poorly maintained. You did confirm that villa is properly maintained but that was not the case. Some concerns we had were : 1) Live wire in one of the bedroom upstairs making it super risky for children. 2) TV cable was not working. 3) Wifi was not working due to frequent power cuts. 4) Upstairs 3 bedroom AC was not cooling up. 5) Broken Glass was kept as it is in the upper bedroom. 6) flush was not working in one of the bedrooms. Filling our very slow. 7) handpump was not working in one of the bedrooms. 8) restaurant food was very oily. I have given that feedback to the kitchen staff. 9) overpriced breakfast rates. A simple small toast sandwich costed 290 rs and was not at all worth it. 10) staff was very untrained and not so polite. The did not take the Tea and coffee orders until 9 am on Sunday. How can you expect to get us breakfast by 10 and check out by 10.30am? 11) no proper lighting in downstairs bedroom. Only one side of bulbs were working the other side (window side) bulb did not work at all. All of the above were major concerns for us who has very yound kids with us. The cost we paid for the villa of 17k it wasnt worth even half of that money.
