We visited this restaurant on April 15th to celebrate the Bengali New Year, as one of my colleagues is Bengali. Despite making a reservation through Easydine, our booking was not honored upon arrival. After some back and forth, we managed to get a table — which was then changed three times within 20 minutes. Service was chaotic. It took over an hour just to receive our first item — Aam Panna — and nothing else followed for a long time. The entire place felt overwhelmed and understaffed, with the team clearly struggling to handle the crowd. When food finally started arriving after nearly 90 minutes, we were surprised to see the wrong dishes being served. For instance, what was supposed to be Chholar Dal turned out to be something else entirely. Upon raising the concern, we were casually told, “It’s finished,” leaving us with no choice but to accept what was served. The mutton was served cold, which was another major letdown. After this level of serve they add service charge to your bill Overall, it was a frustrating experience, and we left quite disappointed. The management needs to seriously reconsider crowd handling, service efficiency, and quality control if they hope to retain customers. It's the best place to enjoy the Bengali style food in Mumbai . The food tasted really good and It's a pleasant atmosphere . We ordered the Luchi and Mutton Kosha (The Calcutta Club Special ) it was yum .5/5 Then we ordered the Special chicken Biryani .It was good in taste .5/5 All together a great ambiance and soulful place to have your Bengali style Meal . Must visit this place ,if you are craving to have a good and original style of Bengali Food . Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
