I recently placed an order with you worth Rs 1000 and I wanted to share my experience. Unfortunately, my order was not fulfilled as expected, and I was told that you don't talk with customer on call for small orders.I understand that managing orders of different sizes can be challenging, but as a customer, I was hoping for a better experience. It's important to me to receive the service, regardless of the order size.I would appreciate it if you could consider improving your coordination for small orders in the future. This would greatly enhance the overall customer experience and keep customers like me coming back.
as a consumer we have also responsibilities to clear every thing u r order 1000rs that 2 big cake with disscount for that cakes price is too less and when your order is packed then u want to whole cake change beacuse of cake and cream color how is this possible some times camera colors are different in different conditions. and main thing u r not order place on zomato..
