Burger was average. pizza was totally money waste. very bad experience.

What was the problem sir? please explain so that we can improve.. Pizza was with loaded veggies and chicken. So what was the problem? And burger was layring with tomato, onion, egg and mayonnaise that we already mentioned on the food description. Please explain.
