half of the cream was melted. it tastes like a chemical mixed syrup. tough to find the flavour. very bad experience on my Birthday

the cake was full of pineapple syrup. it was totally wet. there was only a syrup taste. it was like having some juice and not like eating cake. the sponge was totally wet and couldn't be held by hand. It was ordered for a birthday and the cake totally spoiled the party. it was a waste of money. I did not expect it as we have ordered through the cake zone many times before.
