used to love their choco truffles. but now its more like gulab jamun (not just black forest) are dipped in sugar syrup is yuk even after confirming its not, it is dipped and is horrible to eat. Service: Takeaway Meal type: Other Price per person: ₹200–400 Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Iam not the regular customer here, once i purchased a cake and it was nice that's it. But people saying negative reviews on service staff behaviour it should be considered by the management hope they do so. Cake world opposite to Adarsh vidhalaya , worst customer service , the guy kept saying no other sales man and since it was raining he kept telling shop is getting dirty - dont wear raincoat dont bring umbrella inside keep it here there , you people are only telling shop is dirty and see because of you all only shop is getting dirty - so much of attitude and irritated salesperson - totally irritated gave back what i had ordered and came off thanks to good customer service of cake world , I have been a constant customer of cake world near pothys ,nagercoil for quite some years but I have never experienced such a bad customer service till date from there, always they are constantly active and happy to help , since I was crossing by the cake world near Adarsh school I stopped by there and recieved such service Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
