Cake world opposite to Adarsh vidhalaya , worst customer service , the guy kept saying no other sales man and since it was raining he kept telling shop is getting dirty - dont wear raincoat dont bring umbrella inside keep it here there , you people are only telling shop is dirty and see because of you all only shop is getting dirty - so much of attitude and irritated salesperson - totally irritated gave back what i had ordered and came off thanks to good customer service of cake world ,. I have been a constant customer of cake world near pothys ,nagercoil for quite some years but I have never experienced such a bad customer service till date from there, always they are constantly active and happy to help , since I was crossing by the cake world near Adarsh school I stopped by there and recieved such service.
