Food delivery is a big advantage of The Cake World. Clients don't highly appreciate creamy cakes at this place. According to the reviewers' opinions, the staff can be downscale. Terrific service is a strong point that plays a great role for the success of this spot. The enjoyable atmosphere won't attract many people. Google users haven't given The Cake World a high rating.

I recently ordered a 2 kg cake from Cake World, Avadi, for my daughter’s birthday, and it was a complete disaster. *The so-called “cake” was 1.5 kg of cream and barely half a kg of actual cake.* It was a total rip-off! *To make matters worse, when I raised my concern, the staff were extremely rude, unprofessional, and used offensive language instead of addressing the issue. Their customer service is the worst I have ever encountered.* I strongly warn everyone – do NOT waste your money at this terrible shop. They cheat customers with low-quality cakes and have zero respect for complaints. Cake World Avadi is a complete fraud and does not deserve a single customer! I hope no one else faces such a disappointing experience. Avoid this place at all costs! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Price per person: ₹1,800–2,000

CLOSE THIS SHOP!!! TAKE IMMEDIATE ACTION.Had been to its outlet near Avadi Bus Depot today.I would want to give it a negative rating. Worst ever experience. 1st , no customer service. They don't respect the customer. VERY RUDE!!2nd, worst service. They don't serve at all. Even to clean the unclean table they were reluctant. They don't respond to the customer.Most important, utter waste so called cakes/pastry/mousse/Frooti/puff, etc.. waste of money. Waste of health. We ordered pastries n etc.. no quality. Seemed to be a old stock. EXPIRED!!! Very hard n no taste. Spoiled my mouth n my health. Feeling like puking after having it. AND UNHYGIENIC..Yak..!!! Full of flies inside, sitting on d food items. Even flies don't like the cake items there. Someone take immediate action.. Close their outlet there. CLOSE IT!!!DON'T GO TO THE CAKE WORLD, ATLEAST NOT TO THE ONE NEARBY AVADI DEPOT. SAVE UR HEALTH. Save your money too..
