I recently ordered a 2 kg cake from Cake World, Avadi, for my daughter’s birthday, and it was a complete disaster. *The so-called “cake” was 1.5 kg of cream and barely half a kg of actual cake.* It was a total rip-off! *To make matters worse, when I raised my concern, the staff were extremely rude, unprofessional, and used offensive language instead of addressing the issue. Their customer service is the worst I have ever encountered.* I strongly warn everyone – do NOT waste your money at this terrible shop. They cheat customers with low-quality cakes and have zero respect for complaints. Cake World Avadi is a complete fraud and does not deserve a single customer! I hope no one else faces such a disappointing experience. Avoid this place at all costs! Price per person: ₹1,800–2,000 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
