Today 30th May 2025 i bought 4 boxes of biscuits from The Cake Shoppe Kitchlu Nagar Ludhiana. After buying i wanted to replace these boxes which were sealed packed they refused to change the product. All my money is wasted. Please think once before buying anything from The Cake Shoppe Kitchlu Nagar Ludhiana. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Worst experience. Rude people.. AC not working. Overpriced. Highly ill mannered staff. Mentioned a 30% discount but when asked told that itâs not discount instead you ll get complimentary snack. Even the food served was cold and pathetic. Horrible experience. Never visiting again.
