Worst experience ever. I got three bouquets delivered from this company for my birthday. All three were rotten old flowers. Everyone complained, no answer. One bouquet was delivered by a guy who pulled the flowers out of his tank pouch. The orchids were all dirty and smelly. Shame on them. Having the privilege to convey love and gifts and making the experience so horrendous.
