The delivery agent bought the lava cake from baker's fun for 50 rupees and delivered it, whereas we paid 74 to the cake shop. So as you can see the delivery guy just made a profit of 20+4(tax goes to government). But we didn't take any action cause the overall value was less but as you see on the large scale that this system is not foolproof and frauds like these are evident.
