Disappointed wrong order received order Oreo cake but received Kitkatand received a single ball as free complementary and it was showing chocolate balls but received only single piece.

Cake is delivered in damaged and distorted condition. all the toppings of cream and chocolate is scattered on one side. all the surprise and birthday wish is gone and moreover the experience of having a cake for loved ones is shattered. delivery boy is saying restaurant must not have kept the cake in fridge.this is not acceptable. Need quick resolution by sending new cake.

There is no better shop in Thane than The Cake Factor, as this famous bakery is popular due to its red velvet cake. I appreciate The Cake Factor makers for how they make this amazing type of cake. With the red velvet cake, I impressed my girlfriend without anybody. Whenever I love to buy cake, I will order it from The Cake Factor.
