Cake is delivered in damaged and distorted condition. all the toppings of cream and chocolate is scattered on one side. all the surprise and birthday wish is gone and moreover the experience of having a cake for loved ones is shattered. delivery boy is saying restaurant must not have kept the cake in fridge.this is not acceptable. Need quick resolution by sending new cake.

I was really disappointed when I found a hair in the cake you made. It’s not just unappetizing but also quite unsanitary and the taste of caje was also different. I expect better attention to cleanliness and quality, especially when serving food. This kind of oversight is unacceptable and it really ruined the experience.
