Pathetic experiences. The cakes and pastries are soggy and stale. Also the customised cake that i ordered for my son's birthday was not prepared on time inspite of reminding them a night before. The delivery time was 6 p.m. and when we went to collect the cake, they didn't prepare it assuming that the birthday was on the next day. So irresponsible behaviour by the staff.
