During our recent 2-night, 3-day stay at The Byke Sunshine Grand in Ooty, we had a delightful experience. The staff was exceptionally courteous, with Pravin standing out for his kindness and helpfulness. The food was delectable, and the ambiance added to the overall enjoyment of our stay. We highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant and comfortable stay in Ooty. Service: 5

The staff is friendly. But the service is sometimes slow when there are too many guests. You have to remind them multiple times if you need something. Otherwise the place is good and staff is very cooperative. Great for families. The breakfast has good options. Food has low salt but if you request the Chef he makes changes according to your taste requirements. Service: 4

We stayed recently in this hotel in our recent trip to Ooty.Location wise, it is around 1 km from main market and bus station and railway station but note that this hotel is on hill and if you have elderly person better to come by own transport or take auto rickshaw as i saw one old lady having breathing problem once she climed and came to the hotel. Staff is good and responsive, with no issues there. Room is okay and old type of rooms , not much renovation done , all old Elmira and furniture and even bathroom door was very old and started to get really bad shape . Now the booking includes breakfast and quality is not good at all . Idly dosa maggi (full wet type) , bread jam butter . The amount you pay for this hotel , breakfast is not good. Overall okay but I would not recommend, if you can find any hotel near the market that would be better. Service: 4
