This cafe offers its guests to try Italian cuisine. Make a change from your habitual meal and order nicely cooked roasted chorizo, grilled cheese sandwiches and chicken steaks at The Burrow Cafe. Nothing can be better than tasting good egg waffles, crepes and lemon pie. Delicious strawberry mojito goes well with the nice meal. Great cold coffee, hot chocolate or creamy cappuccino are worth a try here.
This place is well known for its great service and friendly staff, that is always ready to help you. You are to be pleasantly impressed with average prices at this spot. The beautiful decor and nice ambiance let visitors feel relaxed here. Google users awarded this cafe 4.1.

Went to have breakfast . The bill was 624.76 and I paid just 624.76 because when the bill stated 625 and , on having requested to know why … I was shown that “everyone else” has paid the round off . So I made belittled and made to feel that I didn’t pay the GST which is totally wrong . I paid everything as per the screenshots . The person there just said “call the owner” . That was intimidating for sticking to paying just the bill and not the round off . The round off of 0.24So 1000 people x a round off of 0.24 is 240 per day That times 30 days is 240x30 which is 7200 pm I felt intimidated and the relentless harassment of not paying GST not paying GST to have humiliated me for actually refusing to pay the round off . And I was told if I don’t pay the round off they won’t serve me again . I said my mind was made up after the comments not to go there again . So I said never mind about serving . I will not be coming here again .

Customer service and customer experience is dead here. At least that is what you experience when you go this Cafe. I used to be a fan but now it just sucks. They have 0 courtesy for customers. They just want all seats filled. When I entered today, I checked if i can take a particular seat next to the window. I only said there (solo) after checking with them. Placed my order quickly and got on a phone call. In the middle of my call, one of the servers interrupted and asked if i can switch seats because a family of 3 have just come. I said no because i had settled down and was on a call but they decided to insist and I said i can leave if they want. This made them leave me alone. The food came, both the breakfast and coffee at the same time. The sausages were over done and hard. Didn’t taste good at all. Bread was served without any butter, i got it on request.I got another call and had to send an urgent email so i took out my laptop. Within seconds the server approached me again and said that I’m not allowed to use my laptop on weekends. I told him I’ve to send an urgent email and ensured he backs off. I wasn’t able to connect to my hotspot anyway so I decided I had had enough. I called for the cheque and told the server that he could have politely made a request to ask me to move after i was off my call. Secondly in this business works on repeat customers. They have ruined my experience so I’m never going back there again. He mentioned that he was just following the owner’s orders. So yes like I said customer service and customer experience is dead at The Burrow Cafe. RIP.
