Writing this review on 10-03-25 based on my first order with them. I'm having a horrific experience with the burger company. I made an order through zomato. The delivery guy delivered the order of another person with open packing and missing items. I tried to contact zomato but was unable to do so. Also I tried to call the burger company but they added wrong/invalid no on zomato. So finally I've to visit the burger company myself. I mentioned all the things to the worker but they're not sure what to do then I ask him to call his store manager and initially manager refused to come at counter then I speak loud and then he came up. I explain him all the things and they're not accepting their fault. They didnt check my name and what the order is and delivered random persons order to me. Then I've to strict a bit while having conversation then they agreed to give me my actual order but again here they're giving cold items order of previous customer to me. I told them I need fresh and hot one and they agreed to give it. I waited for 20 mins and observed that the staff is not giving attention on all the orderes made, they're placing receipt randomly on the orders, few customers who came for dine-in received cold burger and other items, they also ask staff to replace it with the hot one. Overall experience is bad. Also the quality of bread that they're using is of low quality. Food was awful second time in a row i have had a bad experience. incoperative and unresponsive staff to say the least total waste of money will never visit again and never recommend this place to anyone
