Firstly, let me start by saying I usually love the Crunchos great VFM burger, having said that there were a few problems at this outlet 1) The oil was really old, and the chicken had a bitter after taste 2) When I asked the person when did he change the oil he said (Two days back) (It should be done daily) 3) I ordered the chicken strips (3 PC) and what I was given was two strips and a lil pc that looked like a popcorn chicken. When I asked the guy at the counter he said that they were out of strips. 4) The Air Conditioning was off and the place was extremely hot specially in the month of June. Overall this was a really disappointing experience, rude staff, stale oil and no air con. I suggest go to the Kargil outlet instead since the ladies that run that place atleast care more about keeping quality good.
