First time visited Burger club sector 50 and this is going to be last time , for first 10 min no one was at the counter, after asking some guy he called a laddy, she took order and after that came to know that another didi will take order and she will prepare it too, I had to ask her again and again to prepare my order, but seems she was not serious at all in serving customer.Wasted almost 40 min to order 2 cold coffee and a cookie. Its high time owner look into the staff services. Apart from these i asked them to pack coffee which they did in a paper glass and covered it with foil. Seriously, complete waste, very unprofessional and poor services, now no point talking about quality of food. On top of that instead of cold coffee they gave me hot cappuccino, just having my bad coffee day. Now while leaving it was clear not visiting again. Save your time and mental peace.
