Honestly, What Even Was That. I’ve been a regular at Burger Club from the Greater Noida outlet to the one in Sector 48 Gurgaon and it’s usually been good. But this visit was absolutely horrendous. First off, the iced tea. That was my order. I don’t know what they served, but it definitely wasn’t iced tea. It was fizzy. Like, carbonated. Who on earth carbonates tea? It tasted like someone mixed soda water with sugar and just hoped for the best. And then the flies. Not a couple, not a few, but tons of those tiny winter flies buzzing around the restaurant. For a place that calls itself a renowned chain, that’s seriously unacceptable. Between the soda tea experiment and the flying circus inside, this was easily one of the worst dine-in experiences I’ve had in a long time. I ordered an iced tea and somehow ended up with a science experiment. I tasted fizz in an iced tea. First time ever, and I sincerely hope it’s the last. It’s iced tea, not soda. Today I ordered Island Club burgers from the restaurant The Burger Club, Sarojini Nagar . First of all, they hadn't updated the app and so after 40 mins of waiting, they inform us that it is out of stock. Meanwhile, when I call up the restaurant, the lady who receives the call is extremely rude and reprimands me, then when I tried to query about the issue, she cut the call on my face. Extremely disrespectful and harrassing treatment. I will take this rudeness matter further. Service: 1 Service: Delivery
