During my first visit to THE BURGER BARN CAFE, I tried their White Pasta and found it to be quite enjoyable in terms of taste. However, it was during my second visit that I encountered some issues. We arrived at 5 pm, and while the place wasn't too crowded, the cleanliness left much to be desired. Upon entering, we noticed dust on the tables, and it seemed like they hadn't been cleaned properly. The floor also had remnants of paper and smoke ash. What added to the disappointment was the lackluster service. For the initial 10-15 minutes, the staff seemed oblivious to the need for cleaning. The waiter, instead of attending to customers, was engrossed in a casual conversation with others near the bar counter. This lack of attention and professionalism contributed to a less-than-pleasant atmosphere. On this particular occasion, we decided to keep our order simple, opting for Sweet Lime Soda and Onion Rings crispy. Unfortunately, the items failed to impress, leaving us with a sense of dissatisfaction. The overall experience left us hesitant to order more, and we eventually decided against it. The size of the establishment is worth noting—it's average, neither too spacious nor cramped. Despite the issues encountered during this visit, I am open to giving THE BURGER BARN CAFE another chance. If future visits showcase improvements in cleanliness and service, I may consider updating my review accordingly. Thank you for your detailed and honest review on your second not so satisfactory visit. Needless to say we will be taking action and training with our staff to prevent such service lapses. In regards to the food and beverage we will be looking into the recipes and will have a word the kitchen team for improvements.
