Order at your own risk since they have extremely pathetic service. Had placed an order for 3 kg cake for my child's birthday party and Cake arrived only when the party got over @ 7pm.While I was told that the cake would arrive by 5.30pm- max 6pm, it was shocking that they had not even despatched it until 5.16pm. The coordinator Ramya was least helpful. I had to guess and figure out that there was a delay and we may not have a cake to cut during the party and wasted more than 1 hour coordinating with her and missed spending time with my child and guests at the party. It was Embarassing and extremely disappointing. Could sense an 'I don't care attitude ' since I didn't receive calls or updates from them inspite of they knowing about the delay. Only I had to keep calling them after which they checked and i was updated. Very very upset with Ramya and the service team's unprofessional attitude. The customer service is pathetic. There is a supposedly a service manager by name Ramya, who doesn't even know the value of time.... Zero Empathy. Zero accountability ..My daughter's cake cutting got delayed by an hour because of this ... Never going to order from here again... Be careful before you book with these guys.. I am adding few points about this baking company!!!! I always order cake from The Brownie studio for every other occasion in the family, this year the delivery got delayed due to some miss communication from our side, though I showed some frustration towards. The Brownie studio team, the team handled the situation very well and delivered the cake. This time the cake was like a bomb, I would say it was the best, I have tasted so many exclusive baking companies cake, usually after the first large piece of cake I used to stop eating due to over sweetness or soggy ness. This time the cake was so delicious and the entire cake got over just after cutting and was served only to 5 people. We couldn’t stop eating. Guys, I strongly recommend The Brownie studio for every other occasion in your family and they are the best right now in Chennai. This review posted in 2024 I have been buying Cake for all the occasion from "The Brownie Studio", I have never given a review till now, today I just felt like giving a review because they deserve a great applause for the gesture they have done for my daughter's Birthday. Though their policy of paying full amount during the booking doesn't go well with my mindset. I said ok for it and placed the order. The cake was awesome and trust me the people who came for the birthday said ''just woow''. I ordered for a choco truffle with white chocolate outer layer. It was just fantastic! Overall I just recommend the brownie studio to be your one stop shop for ordering Cake for all occassions....
