Many people visit this place to taste nicely cooked broth, kacamak and filet américain. Do not go away without enjoying good chocolate truffles, red velvet cakes and creamy cakes. I love ordering at brownie studio.. The Nutella affair cake is my favourite and I order it usually. They only provide this cake in Nungambakkam branch and they deliver to my home through some app and it was always perfect. Today I contacted them to order the same around 2PM and the call was attended by "MOHAMMED". I did not like the way he spoke to me.. it was disappointing that too from a very good shop like brownie studio. I asked him the price he said it is 900 I check in website it was 810 and I asked him to confirm the price but still insisted to fill the form. Without which he was not okay to reveal the price also. I filled the form then there was not respose till 5.30PM. later which I messaged him and he responds with the cost as 855 and said the cake will be delivered only by 9 to 10PM. If this is the case they can tell the same at 2PM right. Completely disappointed as today is my brother's bday and he too loves this cake. I have already spoken over the call and ordered cakes and they were too good but this person is only interested to cut the call by saying something which is completely disappointing. Being the best shop in town, "brownie studio" please take up this as my request and respond us on time to make our day easier as you make our day better with your cakes. It would be great if someone can check with me on this. Thank you. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Service: Delivery Price per person: ₹800–1,000
