Very very worst and frustrating experience. Ordered cake through online by selecting a delivery data and time. But the order details shown in user login doesn't contain delivery data and time which i selected during order. So this made me frustrated and contacted their customer care through whatsapp. They said will share the order details shortly and shared midnight around 12.30 AM when i was in deep sleep. While checking the delivery details they shared, i got again frustrated as they mentioned the date one day before. Then i said this is not right date, immediately changed and shared and asked me to confirm to proceed with the order. I confirmed it but they didn't read for more than 24 hrs. I called them and asked whether my order is confirmed?. They said yes sir it will be delivered no issues and they didn't listened my feedback. Delivery day and time has come. Delivery slot selected 6-8PM, around 6.30PM i checked with them through whatsapp and they said it will be delivered between selected time. Around 6.45PM i got call from the place(Shenoy nagar branch) where the cake was prepared, sir your order is ready shall i dispatch. I said yes, but don't know from where they are sending the cake as they didn't mention any details during order and in the order details. Around 7.30PM i called them, asked what time cake will be delivered, they said it will be delivered in another 45 mins. I asked from where you are sending why its taking more time to reach then they said shenor nagar. Finally cake reached me around 8.40PM, guests who are all invited are very frustrated and i was very upset. Not sure how they are running the business by compromising the promised delivery time. I will never ever order again. What i learnt from this, don't blindly order anything by seeing positive reviews(I made a mistake).

My niece got me the 6-in-1 brownie box all the way from chennai and I cannot even begin to explain how delicious it was yummmmm...just melted in my mouth! Just a lovely experience wish you had an outlet here Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
