i ordered egg brownie. but the restaurant sent eggless brownie. I have been buying from this place since years. I have bought both eggless and egg. i very well know the difference. but its very disappointing that both the restaurant and zomato didn't agreed that this order which i received is incorrect. i reached for support and it was no help. i expected refund or correct order to be sent again. but I really wanted the right order to be sent again more than a refund to gain trust. but in the end nothing but disappointment is left. I am leaving a image of the brownie that I received. hope it helps.

I’m a regular customer at the brownie studio and a big fan but today very disappointed with the order. Brownies did not taste good and was not like before and Even the brownies size is reduced.
