I HAD JUST ASK HER TO REMOVE DELIVERY CHARGES FOR THE CAKE, AS THE DESTINATION DISTANCE WAS MERELY HALF KM, “SHE SAID MEIN BANIYA NAHI HUN, MEIN BANIYAPANTI NAHI KARTI, YE DUKAAN MERE PAPA KI NAHI HAI…”
HER TONE WAS DISMISSIVE, SHE SHOULD ADDRESS THE CUSTOMERS IN A PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS MANNER. I THINK STREET VENDORS SPEAK VERY WELL THAN HER. AS A CUSTOMER, I EXPECT TO BE TREATED WITH RESPECT AND DIGNITY, AND HER BEHAVIOUR WAS UNACCEPTABLE.
HENCE, I DO NOT RECOMMEND HER SHOP.
