Had a very bad experience non supporting reception staff and moreover if you have booked room for three people they will provide you a foldable bed with an ordinary mattress (normal gudda) that will make you backache. So its a dhaba with rooms with makup on it. Service: 1

we organised our farewell party here and it was the worst experience. the food taste was very bad and it was very cold. The staff was very rude. Overall experience was very bad and I would not prefer to come here again. Service: 1

Mr Manish's behaviour is outstanding right from the day I called for room booking till the end of my trip. We were four Sr citizens aged 70 to 78 years stayed in two beautiful Suites inter connected Room nos 321 and 322. Rooms were well maintained and excellent service was provided in all activities. Breakfast quality was outstanding and so was the service there. The supervisor on duty on 20 feb 2025 in breakfast hall was very courteous. I forgot to ask his name and also the names of room attendants who carried my luggage to car. Overall I enjoyed the trip during my stay in DIVINE CLARK INN SUITES. Next time also I will certainly stay in DIVINE only and recommend others also. With best wishes to Dear MANISH and his supporting staff on front desk for a prosperous future.
