Park Hotel was a total letdown. The watermelon mojito tasted more like sugary soda than anything fruity or fresh. The murgh malai tikka was dry and tough, like it had been reheated one too many times. And the Kolkata biriyani? No flavor, too oily, and nothing like the real deal. Honestly, the whole meal was a disaster. Five stars—for how badly they managed to mess up everything.

Had to wait 1 hour for the main course to be served. Portion size was very less and service after 9pm was very poor. Went for a birthday party and left extremely disappointed.
