An absolute disaster of an experience, made worse by the fact that this is supposed to be a 3/4-star establishment. The staff was shockingly untrained—clumsy, confused, and completely out of their depth. They didn’t even know how to make basic cocktails, let alone provide competent service. The food was bland, poorly balanced, and in a moment that perfectly summed up the night, it even ended up on the floor due to sheer carelessness. No wet towels post-dinner, no attention to detail, no effort to deliver a refined experience—just an embarrassing display of incompetence. A place like this has no business calling itself premium.
