Today afternoon, my wife and I visited The Box with high expectations. We were extremely hungry and looking for a quick bite. Having eaten here before, I was confident about the food quality, which I must admit was quite good during my earlier visits. However, today's experience was deeply disappointing. Despite this being a takeaway counter with no dine-in facility—ideally suited for fast service—the staff seemed completely disinterested in serving customers. Almost every item we asked for was either “not available” or would “take 40–45 minutes to prepare,” which defeats the very purpose of a quick service outlet. Eventually, out of frustration, we settled for just two cups of tea and left without eating. It was a highly unprofessional and apathetic attitude from the team on duty. For a place that once impressed me, this visit was a letdown. The management seriously needs to look into staff responsiveness and ensure basic availability or at least clear communication on what is available. Otherwise, even a good food reputation won’t be enough to retain customers.

Today morning I visited at box with my family I ordered cheese corn sandwich for me and kachori and chai for rest, one guy with spects was at cash counter taking orders another guy was making sandwich, well i don't have a spice problem but i couldn't eat the sandwich because of excess pepper powder when I complained they started to argue and bashed out stating if you can't handle spice don't order a cheese corn sandwich which literally made no sense as i have not ordered a spicy sandwich however when I asked for the manager the guy at cash counter agreed to replace the sandwich with a plain cheese one and when I finished the eating the sandwich he insulted me stating all drama it is not possible that black pepper can make some food very spicy it is normal recipe and it's all my drama to get free food and etc etc in front of all other customers, Being a chef it's very disgusting to learn wrong things about food from others extra black pepper can make people cry even I know it. They have replaced the sandwich but the behaviour is not acceptable i want the manager to look at this it's very disrespectful as a women to be a part of this.
