The Bongz has a nice atmosphere, though the space feels a bit congested. The staff were well-behaved and polite, which added to the overall experience. The food we ordered was delicious, and the portion sizes were quite satisfying. However, the service was very slow—our main course took around 45 minutes to arrive. Also, not all items from their menu were available, which was a bit disappointing. Another issue was the absence of a visible wash basin, which would have been convenient. It would be great if they could introduce coffee under hot beverages and also consider adding gluten-free food options to cater to a wider audience.
