One of my favourite restaurants—I’ve been coming here regularly for the past 2 years. The dining experience is always lovely, and the food has been consistently wonderful. Some of my all-time favourites are Fish Kobiraji, Mutton Dak Bungalow, and Kochi Pata Chingri. Recently, I visited the newly opened 5th floor (28th August). This time, I found Kochi Pata Chingri not as good as before, and unfortunately, Fish Kobiraji and Mutton Dak Bungalow were unavailable. I tried the Chicken Dak Bungalow, but it wasn’t as impressive. However, the Crab Masala was excellent! I really hope to experience the same taste and consistency that made me fall in love with this place. On the positive side, the hospitality remains outstanding. The staff are always friendly, attentive, and welcoming, which makes every visit a pleasure. If you’re looking for authentic Bengali food in Hyderabad, The Bong Cuisine is the place to be! The taste is absolutely amazing, especially their Mocha Chingri, Kachupata Bata Chingri, Roi Kali, and Mutton Kosa — all cooked to perfection with that true homestyle Bengali touch. The host, Amit, is very friendly and makes the experience even better with his warm hospitality. Overall, a great spot to enjoy traditional Bengali flavors right here in Hyderabad.
