I have ordered once from this outlet. I tried fishbchop and Bing mutton roll.
The fish chop was okay. It would have been better if it has been more crispier.
The roll was almost cold when I recieved the order. Although the taste was good. I believe it would take great if you have that roll hot.

I would like to try the mutton chops and other dishes. Look interesting.

A decent place till the first few orders, until today when we decided to order Chicken Biryani from here. And guess what we got served with? STALE BIRYANI..!! Yes you read it right. Being a bengali, it's usually a delight to come across such food joints, but eventually they start taking their customers for granted. This one place being a great example. However, I'd suggest, bengali's around Banaswadi area shouldn't give this place a try. A complete NO NO.!! SADLY, YOU GUYS JUST RUINED IT FOR YOURSELF.. I hope you learn some good business ethics in the long run. Would be for your own good.. Sahara Samal Arnab Das

The Bong is a heaven for Bengali food lovers of Bangalore. It is in Maruthi Sevanagar, Banasawadi area and little inside. Its a small shop which offers rolls, chops, fries and has meal combos from Bengali cuisine. Foods comes first for Bengalis and taste really matters, I have tried rolls and fish fry here and found rolls not up to the mark but fish fry was good and it goes well with my favourite mustard sauce. Its in a locality where it cannot cater Bengali community completely whereas it would fare better if shop is at the main road like the Kolkata Kati Roll shop. Plus point would be that The Bong delivers food to your door or office nearby and you may relish a dish similar to home cooked food. I feel the southern community which is the major part of the locality may never adapt to such Bengali taste snd thus the shop cant really get encouragement. So far i have found the shop shut twice recently. No crowd and outdoor seating for four persons only. During Durga puja days, do not miss the stall at RBANMS Ground.
