So on a lazy weekday evening when I was in no mood to cook I scroll down Zomato and find this hidden gem “ the bohri kitchen “
Considering how heavy bohri food usually is I settled down on ordering these few items from the mouth watering options that they have .
Appetisers : Tur daal jeera samosas these are small patti samosas crisp light and generously filled . They don’t seem quite oily and were finished within minutes .
The corn cheese cutlets : these are medium Patty like cutlets which are soft creamy and very well made and tasted even better when I reheated them a bit .
Mains : Moms special veggie and paneer biryani this one true to its name was a special homemade style masala with caramelised onions and fragrant long grained basmati rice with well marinated veggies and paneer . A must try for vegetarian food eaters .
For the dessert we settled down on gulab Jamuns these were soft and well made .
All in all I am now a regular customer and would surely try calling in for the curries which sound so interesting .
