Horrible Experience – Serious Health & Safety Concerns I rarely write reviews this harsh, but this place absolutely demands it. The board game café was a complete disaster from a hygiene and safety standpoint. Washroom Nightmare: The restroom was appalling. The basin was yellowed and visibly unclean—clearly neglected for ages. It’s not just unpleasant, it’s a health hazard. Using that washroom feels like inviting an infection. No exaggeration. Cockroach Infestation: Shockingly, cockroaches were crawling around the tables. Yes, the same tables where people eat and play. It’s unacceptable and disgusting. No Power Backup: To make matters worse, there’s no power backup. We were left sitting in complete darkness during a power cut. In a public space, that’s not just inconvenient—it’s unsafe. Reported to Authorities: As a responsible citizen, I’ve taken photos and reported this to GHMC. These are not minor issues—they’re serious violations of basic hygiene and safety standards. I strongly urge others to avoid this place until it’s cleaned up and made safe. Cafés are meant to be relaxing and fun—not a breeding ground for disease and discomfort.
