I had ordered a Blueberry Cheesecake for a friend's birthday. And the taste was simply out of the world. They bake it with immense care,and it feels like a homemade cheesecake with nice blueberry sauce swirled on top of it.
I guess they apply a thin layer of sour cream after the cheesecake cools off and then put the blueberry layer again. The cheesecake is held firmly by a slightly sweet cracker or wafer crust.
Next comes the Choco Vanilla Cake.
Choco vanilla cake is another fantastic work by them. What I feared was they might put too much chocolate in the cake, such that the vanilla taste is almost passive. But what I received was a clean piece of art., The assertive chocolate played off nicely against the slightly milder vanilla. A bite into the cake reveals the intrinsic mix of chocolate and vanilla flavors, which satisfies your senses as the mix of flavors melt in your mouth.
The prices are really reasonable and half a kilo cake is enough for a gathering of 5 to 6 people.
