Virginia Woolf says one cannot think well, sleep well or love well if one has not dined well. If you want to do all those things, you must dine at The blue wagon kitchen. It is a culinary experience you will surely find yourself craving for again and again. First and foremost, the moment you enter the space, it’s calming, peaceful and relaxing energy welcomes you with a sense of tranquility. The ambience, decor, music and atmosphere are very pleasant and there’s a beautiful forest view if you go to the back. Secondly, the food and beverages here are to die for! The quality, quantity, effort that goes into preparing the food, sourcing of ingredients, everything down to the last detailing in the presentation is simply a process of excellence. I had so many things to try here and I will recommend EVERYTHING. Don’t let the simplicity of the labneh toast and bruschetta deceive the how complex and delicious the flavors are. The pastas, fries, the freshness of the breads, and the sumptuousness of the dishes will transport your culinary experience to a different level. AT ANY COST DO NOT MISS THE FRESHLY BAKED CHOCOLATE COOKIE!!!! The only regret I have is that I didn’t have more of the cookie. It was the BEST CHOCOLATE COOKIE I’VE HAD IN MY LIFE. How can I not talk about the coffee? Sabr means patience and the fact that their coffees are ground on the spot, made with love, passion and patience, is the icing on the cake (figuratively ). I had the Vietnamese cold coffee, the coconut cold coffee and coconut whipped cream cold coffee. I have to say, you can truly appreciate the beauty of coffee and their flavors only if you have tried it. Above all, the hosts are incredibly welcoming, friendly, warm people with the most genuine attitude towards customers, and are extremely passionate about their work and the food that they serve. Their smile is always a source of joy and comfort and they ensure utmost customers satisfaction. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Goa, especially Siolim or North Goa. You can experience the beauty of this place and thank me later.
