chilli flakes had block fuzzy fungus growing all over them.the red sauce recipe has been tweaked a bit lately maybe? or the variety of tomatoes changed? or it's some kind of an outlet-to-outlet difference but the red sauce topping the pizza was too salty, too sour, and watery. The blue oven is usually a safe and GOOD bet, this kind of an experience (with literal mold/fungus falling out of the chilli flakes satchets onto my pizza) was a first for me
